A deposit in the amount of 100 % of the accommodation price is paid to the bank account on the basis of the issued invoice immediately after the reservation has been agreed (even if the reservation is ordered x months before arrival). If the reservation is canceled more than 14 days before arrival, 100 % of the amount is returned, if less than 14 days before arrival, 50 % of the total amount is returned.

Guest accommodation (check in) is possible from 14:00 on the day of arrival. The guest must notify the desired arrival time in advance, no later than 10:00 a.m. on the day of arrival, by phone: 720135817. Upon agreement, check-in can also take place contactless.
Handover of the apartment (check-out) by 10:00 a.m.

Prices do not include:
